Disappointed today on service. Brown hair colour all over my face and even on cheeks, it's usually not as much. Left at basin for 2 long getting gloss and then free complimentary conditioner which i didnt ask for and so more time at basin. Left mid blow dry. Was there from 11am till after 2.30pm for colour and small few highlights. Whole day gone. So Disappointed i couldn't bring myself to book a my usual next appointment. Not sure if it was an internal team issue going on but personally felt i got the brunt of it from a customer service point of view. I have been there and it has been busier than wat it was today. I couldn't force myself to get the change and leave a tip. Hate complaining but i dont want another customer to get same service and hopefullymore training be provided to assist on this. Thanks Yvonne
