From the moment I stopped by the salon for a patch test, Portia made me feel at ease. I had recently been diagnosed with a rare alopecia and was extremely nervous getting my hair done by a salon after 4 years of home colours. Portia completely reassured me about the procedures and treatments that were available to me, including a scalp treatment that supported my alopecia. The day came for my appointment and portia was there to greet me with a warm smile and kindness. She was so gentle and caring I will never forget her kindness. My hair turned out so beautiful and my confidence has gone through the roof. Thank you thank you thank you Portia - Five Stars!

Christine as usual was amazing took great care of me, loved my colour and cut etc, could bot fault the girl, this is my bit of me time my pamper day, but I didn't enjoy it the way I should because I was absolutely frozen, the shop was baltic and I may as well have gone to Antarctica it's was that cold, this will definitely put me and I'm sure a lot of other customers off coming ro the salon when there's zero heat in the place ❄️❄️❄️❄️????

This was my first visit to house of colour and got the Best shampoo I have had in a very long time in a salon also got a lovely stylist who done a fantastic blowdry . What a great experience and great customer service , I hope to revisit again very soon..

The girl on reception can’t remember her name was so lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Ciara was also lovely and did a great cut on my daughters hair. She was thrilled.

I’ve been a regular of the salon for > 5 years. Happy with a consistent service
Always offered coffee/tea/ snacks on arrival and through out time in salon. However only 45% of the time what has been requested actually arrives. Lovely to have drinks and snacks but don’t offer if you can’t give. Hair was just as I asked so modi’s to Sophia excellent hairdresser. She deserves an award for understated excellence

I’m totally in love with my hair and Senita was absolutely amazing I couldn’t fault her only issue is how uncomfortable it was to sit in the freezing cold salon it will seriously make me consider coming back ! But as I said everything apart from that was faultless

As always the girls can’t do enough for you always so happy and make your experience special! Christine did a fabulous job on my colour trilled with it ! The only thing is it’s freezing with no heat on it did take away from my experience as a whole as it was not pleasant to sit in the freezing cold for 3 hours I can only imagine how the girls feel having to work in such conditions!

My only negative feedback unrelated to the staff is the door to House of color is right next to outer door of Shopping Mall so absolutely freezing.
Would be good to consider a double door into HOC!

Came to House of Colour for the first time today absolutely hating my hair I didn’t know how to explain what I wanted but Senita just got me it was like she could see my vision so clearly by far the best salon experience I’ve had and I already can’t wait to be back. Thank you again Senita
