Wow!!! This was my first time having colour done with House of Colour Charlestown and I was not disappointed. From the whole booking process, communication and getting it done was faultless.
I was welcomed and introduced to my Stylist, Christine. She sat me down and asked me what I wanted. Ultimately I want to embrace the grey but this will be a process which will take a few visits. Christine explained absolutely everything to me and transformed my hair from half grey/half mousy brown to a stunning blonde balayage (the first step of the process). I was offered refreshments on a number of occasions and was made to feel very important. All I can say is thank you and would recommend HOC Charlestown to absolutely anyone!!!!

After waiting so long the day came when I could visit my friends in house of colour charlestown I had my hair washed and massaged by the brilliant Robin colour put in by the lovely Sofia and my cut by the fabulous Dominique to say I am delighted is an understatement can't wait for my next visit

You feel like part of their family and I have never been given better advice and guidance on what to do for my hair. They are an exceptional bunch of people and my stylist is an incredibly talented person

Senita did an amazing job with my hair that was in awful condition when I arrived. She took so much time with me and showed me how to manage my new style, which I’m delighted with. The receptionist was welcoming and attentive as always. So happy you’re open again HoC Charlestown! ??

After a long lockdown I finally got to get my hair done ?
As always my visit was met with very efficient, polite and friendly staff.
Was undecided on a colour change but discussed with Christine we came up with the change best suited for me and as usual Christine worked her magic assisted by other wonderful staff and Im so delighted with the result ?

Got colour done today, very pleased with it.

I am delighted with my colour and curly blow dry. Christine listened to what I wanted and she delivered exactly what I asked for.
Usually curls fall out of my hair after a few hours but 12 hours later they look the exact same as they did when I walked out of the salon! Christine was lovely and really friendly. Thank you!

Had just booked a wash and blowdry and after my hair was washed asked kelsey was there any chance she could cut my hair too, it was no problem to her. She was great! Salon is spotless and constantly being cleaned, everyone wearing masks, felt super safe! Well done girls
