As my title says, I was very confused and disappointed by today’s visit. I had initially booked appointment for Friday afternoon through Treatwell and someone reached out to me saying Denis wasn’t available that time despite Treatwell showing he was. I was asked if I could do Saturday and offered 2 different times. I agreed with 10.45am. I arrived at the salon and Denis was finishing another client. I was seated etc. Denis came to me and we had a less than 2 minute chat about me wanting same colour again. Then the girl who greeted me at reception arrived shortly after and said she would be doing my hair. I initially thought she was preparing me for the stylist I had booked and paid for but she proceeded to complete the entire appointment. I cannot fault her, a lovely girl but not the stylist I had booked and paid for. During the time my colour was being applied Denis was not busy with other clients so I was very confused why he didn’t fulfill the appointment. I was also confused why this was me rather than the later client it happened with. I had paid in advance through Treatwell so perhaps that was the reason. Either way, very poor way to treat a customer with no explanation at the time. The lovely girl who did my hair did a lovely job but I felt she was done bad also when I hadn’t booked her. We book particular stylists because we trust them and have previously had positive experience. Unfortunately today was a negative experience. I felt like a fool. What was the point in rearranging my appointment if I wasn’t even getting the stylist I booked?

The past three or four times I've gone to get my hair cut I've been disappointed to say the least. This time though I can say I'm thoroughly please with the result. Piotr did a great job and the shop itself is very pleasant and the student discount is certainly welcome. Will definitely be coming back.

Denis does a great job of cutting my hair. Upon my request he cuts it dry, as it's the best way (in my opinion) to cut curly hair. Im also in and out in minutes because I prefer not to have my hair washed. It suits my life and its oerfect
