Hi there,
I had an appt today for a wash ,cut and colour. I usually see Lorna but happy to have anyone else as she doesn't work Fridays. I don't normally complain even though sometimes I feel like I am there forever.
My appt was for 12.30. Ella did my semi-colour, very nice, no issues. I did have some dye on my forehead and unfortunately it got on my cream tracksuit top. These things happen. My issue about my appt today was when I was having the hair emulsified, washed and conditioned the girl that did it could see I was uncomfortable at the sink. They do not suit small statured clients. I spoke to her about it a few times. Even the lady next to me agreed.
I therefore got wet down the neck and face hence the stains at the back of my top.
When I was brought to my seat I asked for another towel as the one I had was soaking.
I said to her I could have done with a cushion or a high /low chair.
Her reply with attitude was "we do have cushions, you just need to ask sometimes "
I was a bit taken aback. I should have been offered one at the sink when she saw my discomfort.
A male stylist with blonde hair and glasses asked if I was OK I replied no as I was shocked at her attitude and response.
As I was late for the school collection the lady as she was drying my hair fixed up my bill so that I could rush out the door, otherwise I would have made a complaint at the desk, hence this feedback.
I have been going to Hermans for a number of years and would like to think my next experience will be more pleasant and relaxing.
