Was concerned when I lost my hairdresser to the new Chichester branch, but I needn't have worried Courtney is doing a great job and I already sit back and trust her. Mollie does an amazing head massage.
The only gripe I have, is that I felt uneasy on my recent visit when all the staff seemed to be behind reception when I came in and not working. I feel that the place is not kept as clean as when Sian was there, there was a lot of cut hair on the floor that wasn't swept up for ages. I'm hoping this is a one off.
