I had never been to this salon before, but did some research as I wanted to find a Tony & Guy stylist due to a particular way they cut hair, especially when it comes to texturing of fine hair. Needless to say, it was a great decision and I shall be coming again. The salon is nice and staff very helpful, but Victor is an absolute star! He not only got immediately what I was after, but actually took it further and tailored it to both my type of hair and what he thought would suit me, all the while consulting me about the length. I've been to a few hairdressers over the years and I can honestly say that he has a very rare skill which can best be described as "getting it" , i.e. getting what people want and having an eye for a style that will work, not only in terms of what would both fit their wishes and suit them, but also what would improve it and give it that hard to define personal flair. In my case, we are talking about the ability to transform a fairly boring bob (with straight, fine and not particularly abundant hair...), into a funky, stylish and lively haircut (and a full head of hair!) - and all of that without much product or brush work. When I did research of the T & G salons, I chose to book an appointment with Victor because I read somewhere (either here or in Google reviews) that he "transformed" another client's hair, and that's absolutely what this is - it's truly amazing what he can do and how creative he is. Fantastic work.
