This salon has quite honestly ruined my hair. I went in here with very healthy long blonde hair. I've been having blonde highlights for years. I went in simply for a half head of highlights for my roots and asked for exactly the same colour, if not ever so slight lighter blonde round my face.
The girl who did my hair absolutely lost control and I now have very clearly pink/ orange hair which I absolutely hate and would never ever request. My roots are still visibly an inch or two and haven't been covered seemingly at all.
She tried to correct the pink/orange colouring in the salon by stripping it which left my hair so incredibly damaged that they had to condition it 4 times and make 4 attempts at drying it because it was like straw.
I was in there for 5 hours. Several staff members tried to rectify the situation but absolutely nobody seemed to know what they were doing and all seemed to be in complete blind panic which was incredibly stressful for me. In the end it was so brittle and damaged that I had to leave with wet hair because it couldn't be blow dried without snapping. I'm absolutely gutted and I'm embarrassed of the absolute state and colour of my hair and right before Christmas. The colour will eventually fix but you have completely destroyed the health of my hair permanently. I wish so very much that Id never gone to this salon at all.
