I went in for colour. Came out with orange auburn hair, and the roots were visible one week later. As Jade had said to come back if the colour wasn't right I did, the week later but was charged the full amount again. I told them at the reception and they said they couldn't do any thing at that time but would raise the issue. I received a message from Lisa and called back but the lady was away. I called back but I am still waiting. Very disappointed.
