Maurice Meade Whitfords in Hillarys

I am extremely disappointed with this latest $25 deposit asked when booking a hair appointment. I have been a loyal client of Maurice Meade for about 15 years and I regularly purchase the Christmas Voucher and products. I tried to make a booking online but when they asked me to pay the $25 I backed out and rang the shop. As I have a voucher and dont have to pay for several more visits I objected strongly to having to pay the deposit. It was sorted and the $25 has been taken from my voucher but it still means that if I cancel then I lose that $25. I am 77 years old and have some mobility health issues. I have on occasion had to cancel an appointment due to these issues. From what I can see you are penalising me for the actions of others who cancel for no good reason. Very very disappointed in this action - the world has gone mad!!!!

I would recommend this man to anyone all day every day.
I have spent many years foiling my hair blonde and wanted to try a new technique I saw by freehand painting. I was a bit nervous at first but Brett consulted me every step of the way and did a fantastic job! I love my new hair colour/contures that looks different in every light! Brett also gave me a few laughs and a great haircut also !
I will be booking in with him from now on 😊

I talked to the girls about what i wanted which was a tidy up, existing layers blended and a little off the length as i was wanting to be able to put my hair up. I explained again to the guy who butchered my hair but i have finished up with new very short layers, the top, when it falls forward is just a little longer than my fringe!!!! I cant even tuck my hair behind my ears anymore let alone put up, months of growing my hair gone in half an hour, so very upset and disappointed

Prices are a bit high but I was very happy with how Sarah E did my hair recently and would definitely recommend Maurice Meade Whitfords Salon.

Went to Maurice Mead after recently moving into the area. Walked in with quite healthy long blonde hair. Had some blonde foils done to cover my roots and add some highlights however was clear about how I cared about the health of my hair and whatever we did it had to be gentle. While blow drying my hair it quickly became apparent that something had gone very wrong. My hair was so dry and fried that they couldn’t even pull a brush through the length of it. The manager came over and said they would work with me to try and fix it. I went once a week and they put treatments in it for 4-5 weeks. I turned up for my designated appointment and it was closed. I had no call or contact from them to advise me my appointment was cancelled and have not heard from them since.
I have since had to cut my hair shorter which I hate thanks to their shocking foils.
The manager was nice however if you love your hair I suggest you dont go to them.

I had a colour refresh. The colourist brought me straight through, offered me a coffee and was very quick and efficient. They used a variety of products to make my quick dry off look good. I was very happy with the result.

Had the nicest morning being treated with respect and with a lovely team of girls

Confused and disappointed.... Used $45 voucher on the week ending 27th January, which I appreciate thank you. Then I received another email voucher on 16th Feb to be used before 9th March. Tried to use it but told it was same voucher I’d already used so not honored. I had previously spent $600 at salon with my daughter between December-January, so I thought it was a rewards voucher. I’ve been a client for 15 years at this salon. Meanwhile the magazines were old, the brush had other clients hair still on it that was used to brush my hair after shampooing. Scissor and comb container full of other peoples hair, which did not give me much faith that the combs were clean. I would like to think that maintaining general hygiene between clients is a priority!

I absolutely loved the service at Maurice Meade. My hair dresser knew exactly what she was talking about, she offered solutions for my hair/scalp concerns and I felt in safe hands. I will definitely be going back!!! The staff was friendly and overall it was worth every scent.

I am always happy with the service I receive at Whitfords, great colour and great cut every time. The staff are lovely and I really enjoy getting my hair done there.

The service is always excellent from Tracie at MM Whitfords. Best stylist I have ever had. However, I made the appointment especially to use a $45 off voucher which I mentioned at the front desk at the time of making the booking. When I came to pay I was told the voucher could only be used Monday to Friday. So disappointed this wasn't made clear to me at the time of booking as I would have gone on a different day.

Just had some simple curls put in my hair by Grace and she did a fabulous job! I’ll be back.

My appointment was delayed by an hour. Due to people calling in sick but that didn’t matter these things do happen. Staff were very apologetic about it. I didn’t mind the delay.

Special event tonight. Came to Maurice Meade to get my hair done by the always lovely Tara. Once again fantastic service and of course walked out with a beautiful haircut

Fantastic service

During my appointment I was offered only the best of customer service! Connor was absolutely amazing in doing exactly what I wanted with my foils even after I could hardly explain what I had in mind! I always feel relaxed during haircuts as he applies precision and expertise - he's absolutely the best at just knowing what needs to be done!! I always leave the salon feeling spoilt and satisfied!
