This is my second time seeing Gillian. She cut my hair so well last time that I came back for another style and colour. Thank you so much it is wonderful and your colouring is spot on! I would highly recommend Gillian. She is a credit to the salon.

I’ve been here a few times a few years ago and I came back to get my hair done. The lady who coloured my hair is usually really good, but the end result was not like the picture I originally showed and going from a light blonde to a dark brown is a little disheartening as I wanted to be a sandy/dirty blonde not an ashy dark brown. The ends are slightly green as well & I will be getting it re-done by another salon this week. I was then charged for a treatment I didn’t receive but it was sorted quickly. The service was great I just wasn’t happy with the end result.

I couldn’t we happier with the service and of course my hair is always perfect every Maurice Meade salon I go to .

Received a great style cut with Tom last week & it made me feel great. Tom is a true professional & highly skilled. I always have a great result from all the staff.

Kellie did a wonderful job on my colour as always, however I did not appreciate the receptionist refusing to honour my Christmas voucher on my colour refresh, especially as I am a regular customer who comes in every four weeks for colour. If I had known that the colour refresh was a discounted service I would have used it previously. It now expires tomorrow and I can't use it.
In addition, having two junior staff dry off my hair at once, after putting on scalp serum before I could say anything, and then additional serum (neither of which I wanted) was unusual and I would have preferred one person to do it and ask where my part was etc. Not my usual experience.

I appreciated all of my recent lash and browse treatments and advice.
I have a régime!

As usual I was very happy with my service. However it would be good to be able to see an itemised account rather than just telling you what the cost was. No-one would accept this at a restaurant!

First time I went to ME today claremont.
Tilly who washed my hair was delightful and a credit to salon. Edison who cut my hair was polite professional and did a great job with my hair. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon.

I am not someone who necessarily enjoys discussing my hair or my “look”. Mainly because I am 51 and my hair, whilst luxuriant, has a mind of its own. Yet when I go to Me, I always enjoy the experience and feel very comfortable. I don’t insist on a particular stylist, boy or girl but that doesn’t matter. To a person I have enjoyed the banter, the care and the skills at every visit. I think the professionalism of the salon shines through, from top to bottom. I look forward to my next visit and I would recommend others to visit.

I loved the makeup, she listened to Whst I wanted. What she did was great and I was very happy with it. It lasted all night. She did a great job!!
However very disappointed with the hair. I was told the $165 charge inc a wash blow dry and makeup which is why I didn’t wash my hair before the appt. as a result my hair was a bit oily at the roots and all that was done was my hair was curled using a curling wand. I had to go home and use dry shampoo. And the curls fell out on my way home. Very disappointed with this part of it esp as we ended up paying $189 for essentially only the makeup!

After receiving numerous texts from mm regarding vouchers & specials (as well as reminders to use these) I finally decided to use one. Booked an appointment to have my hair put up for a party on Saturday. Was told on payment that the voucher had a fine print conditions attached to it accessed via a link and the voucher is been sent from mm wasntvredeemable on weekends. Fine but make this obvious up front on the actual voucher & not buried in a separate page of fine print. Was told so many other people had had a similar experience...
Hair - beautiful for the first htwo hours then kept falling out... went to Me salon. $145 to our hair up? Probably a bit of ‘churn’ through there on a Saturday - volume over care & quality??

As always Kelly at Me Salon was friendly and professional but most importantly delivered the best colour . Kelly is simply outstanding the best colourist I’ve ever had. I have visited many salons in different countries and Kelly ivy far delivers the best colour experience !

All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. My stylist Edarson has great attention to detail and always make me feel a million dollars leaving the place.

Kelly is always amazing, professional and friendly. Perfect cut and color. I was in a rush so she did a great job to get me out on 2hrs. Very happy. I know getting hair cut is an expensive exercise wherever you go but i am always a bit suprise how much it costs. Was very grateful for my voucher!

I have had a great experience at the salon today. Both my mom and myself were getting our colour and other treatments and the staff were amazing. Special thank you for helping me with mom’s translation over the phone.

I have the stylist Kelly who is amazing. She knows what looks good and interprets laymen’s talk into an actual style. She is amazing. I can’t fault her. The salon and company should be thankful to have someone like her.
On the flip side the salon needs upgrading and the prices they charge are out of this world. The salon Iooks tired and dated. The basin chairs are torn and uncomfortable. The arm rests are almost off the chairs.
As for value for money and giving away vouchers to clients that can only be used during the week. Most people work during the week can’t make it. So they are left with coming on the weekend. But we can’t use the vouchers. Your prices are over the top and lm not sure where the money l spend at the salon is going. The only reason l come tot he salon is for Kelly. If l was game l would find another hairdresser.
I give the service ‘Kelly’ 4 stars but the rest of salon is not great and needs a complete change. A price reduction, upgrade of salon and decor. Disappointing. Over rated salon.

Very happy with the colour that Kelly did. A lady stopped me st one of the shops and enquired about the colour as she thought it was lovely, which I did as well. First hair cut with Edmond (sorry if the spelling was incorrect), he was just lovely. Asked how I liked to wear my hair, listened to me and I was very pleased with the quality of the cut. Also wanted to mention that the lass that washed my hair almost put me to sleep - very good!! They even squeezed me in fir a quick manicure . Great experience fir a day of pampering!!

I went in having had a bad hair cut at a different salon and wanting a fix up - and the girl who cut my hair did a FANTASTIC job! I walked out feeling so so happy. Will always go back.
