Honestly the best salon experience I have ever had, and I’ve had many. The staff are not only exceptional at their respective crafts, they educate you about how to replicate the results at home. Outstanding!

Although it is a bit pricy, Toni and guy is just so worth your money!
It was my first time going and I went for a hair cut (just above my shoulders length)
and I was not dissapointed at all and I'm VERY picky with how I want my hair.
They first served me tea, then we went through how I want my hair and of course they told me a better way to cut it so it didn't look like a mullet! And let me tell you I'm so obsessed with my hair.... they washed it, then did a blow wave and finished off with a cut.
She wasn't even done cutting my hair and I kept saying how much I loved it.
Very friendly, great hair salon, professional but so friendly and knowledgable. Will always come back now!

The cut was done amazing. They washed and dryed my hair before cutting which I asked for. And instead of drying my hair in a blow wave they kept it straight and went over it with a straightener which I didn’t ask but was hoping as that is how I style my hair at home. Overall highly recommmend and will definitely going back.

Danni makes my haircut experience so special. She talks me through any proposed changes in a way that reduces any anxiety and makes sure I’m ok every step of the way!! I feel so looked after. And she’s the best head massager I’ve ever had. Thnx Danni!!!

Cannot reccomend the team at Toni & Guy South Yarra enough. I have had my hair foiled by Sarah, Jess and Laura, it’s always a smooth process and I never leave with damaged hair.
Annnnd the lovely Pip is always there to brighten up my day. 10/10 service

Still I drive from the Mornington Peninsula to chapel st to get my hair done by these guys. Why? Coz they’re fab. Though was sad to hear Jess was leaving but hope she has a great time in her next life chapter.

Lovely fun staff - went above and beyond to fix my disaster hair. Great environment, felt very comfortable

After visiting a total of 12 salons before I finally decided on where to get my hair dyed, I knew from the moment I walked in, Toni & Guy South Yarra was where I was going to book in. Pip and Laura were so kind and laid back, yet extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really understand what it was I wanted (as I was very nervous, never have had my hair dyed before!). After my first appointment, my hair didn’t take to the colour as I’d like and hoped for and with their no fuss approach, I left the salon at 8pm and returned at 9am the next morning to get it fixed. Usually I would feel terrible for returning to a salon if the result wasn’t quite what I wanted but Pip and Laura were just absolute rockstars and we’re adamant they weren’t happy unless I was. My hair looks absolutely AMAZING and I can safely say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. For someone as picky as me, you’re a pretty special team to get as big a tick of approval as you have, I’ll be sending everyone I know your way. Absolute superstars! Xx

I went in with absolutely no expectations because my hair was almost black and didn’t think it would lighten at all but I was honestly speechless when I walked out. I have not stopped staring at myself in the mirror since I left! Every single time I go in for a cut with Dani I leave feeling incredible but today I was blown away by the result.
