My 4 year old son was made to feel very comfortable as and at ease while getting his hair cut. The staff was friendly and helpful giving him an iPad when he got restless . I do hope though it

The girls listened to me , especially Taylor and what I thought was the owner deciphered something through my indecisive and vague explanation of what I wanted . They eventually figured out what would suit me ! The girls where patient and very professional , took me in even as a walk in and I went from copper disaster to a fabulous do . They all looked like they where having fun with each other and treated me with respect .and involved me in the fun ..... creating a lovely atmosphere . Thankyou

Naomi and Tanya have always delivered on the brief "edgy but feminine", the salon has a great warm atmosphere with lots of laughter. Thoroughly recommended.

Once the haircut started it was fine. We had an 8.30am appointment and they were already running 25minutes late. It was an appointment for my year old daughter and i had my son with me. The salon was so crowded there wasnt even enough room for us to sit. They asked us if it was raining outside and if we could sit on the seat outside on the footpath. No explanation was given as to why they were running so late so early in the morning. Pretty hard when you have two kids with you

Saw Georgia on Sat 4/8/18. I was visiting from Melbourne. Georgia did a fantastic job washing and styling my hair! Very impressed and happy. My hair held the ‘style’ until I washed it today, after 1 week!! I will certainly want to see Georgia again when I visit Springwood in the future. Thank you Georgia!

What a lovely salon. Very friendly staff. I’m very happy with the foils and cut I received. My stylist, Lauren was very thorough with my foils and cut. My only very small criticism is it is very expensive - nevertheless I will be back as I am very happy with my hair

On time, relaxing wash and dry, haircut as I requested with suggestions from hairdresser taken on board so came out with what I wanted

I have nothing to say other then positive things. The salon fit me in despite me having no booking. The hairdresser was extremely careful in applying the bleach to my regrowth and its come out so healthy and a pretty colour. I’ll be coming back!

Wonderful mo thylakoids experience. Happy accommodating staff. Don’t have to think of what sort style or colour I might like, just a hint that I feel I need a change and everything is done with the minimum of fuss. All staff from the most senior Tanya to the most junior staff all equally are a pleasure to deal with. Look forward to my next months appointment.

Picked the wrong day to walk in for a haircut from Sue as the Sharks had beaten the Panthers the previous night lol. Still got a good haircut so all good. Only came in to make an appointment and got it done on the spot.
