Lynette was fantastic, taking my vague ramblings and turning it into coherent style, then making it happen quickly and expertly. Felt in safe hands the whole time. The experience overall was also good, relaxing with a nice hair wash too.

The color is perfect and I love it. However the blow dry is not satisfying. I will have to do it again at home as this is disappointing. Hope next next the blow dry will performed better.

Beautiful stylist .did best with my problem hair bit underwhelmed .....guess I had put Tony n guy on a pedestal .... expected more of the visit ..... atmosphere, hair massage .... experience etc etc

The best gift I could get for my 16th birthday!! Amazing customer service, the atmosphere is super welcoming and friendly. My hairdresser put a lot of care into doing my balayage as she achieved a beautiful result that I am in love with. I had a glimpse of the people around me getting their hair cut, the results were incredible. The hair cuts were so clean and beyond flawless. I highly recommend this place! :)

I was greeted on arrival very warmly and I was very pleased with Nick who cut my hair and is obviously a professional.

Nick did a terrific job on my daughters hair which had become straggly and knotty - he was so gentle and patient and the end result was outstanding.

The experience was great and the color looks good however after styling I notice how little color there is, maybe I’m at fault for this for not requesting more but I did leave them to guide me as had never done ie before. I will know for next time

Fabulous experience at Toni and Guy, Mosman today. Very happy with my haircut, blow dry and styling by Nick. I felt like he understood my hair and what I wanted. He provided a wonderful cut, whilst also being lovely, prompt, polite and efficient. He also recommended useful product without being pushy. I will be going back for sure. Highly recommended.

Nice staff, but just disappointed in what I got. I expressed that I was very unhappy with the blonde colour I have, and I had spent months getting 3/4 foils at a very honey colour to get my hair back to being healthy to go blonder.
I asked him for a full hair of foils and as light as I could get it.
Fair, he couldn’t push the colour much. It’s def more vibrant but my no means is it the colour I asked for. He didn’t explain that as he took me through it so I was under the impression it was all fine and the colour was achieved until the end, when Ben blew it dry ( and cut it - fantastic job btw was very happy with that ).
Also, when Ben showed me the back to my shock there was a patch of untouched dark hair with a strong line of the foils above it. I asked why that was there and he colourist advised he did 3/4 foils ?
I said, that I was under the impression I was getting a full head ( like I asked for ) but apparently that wasn’t the case.
There’s a strong line of dark at the back that I’m not very uncomfortable with and the colour is just not what I wanted.

Lynnette was lovely and super helpful in guiding me through options as I grow out fine hair. She went above and beyond showing me new ways to style the cut and suggested great products.
