i wouldn’t really recommend this technician as she cut a few of my fingers, and put nail varnish remover over my cuts which stung and isn’t very hygienic. She also didn’t seem bothered to be doing my nails

Rimpa threaded and tinted my eyebrows, I am very satisfied, she did a really good job.

I attended for an appointment on 14th August for a eyebrow tidy up & tint & I told the young girl exactly what I wanted I wanted my brows to keep the length & wanted to keep them wide I explained it to her 5 times as someone years ago took way too much off & I didn’t want it happening again as it took me over a year to get them back the way I like & wanted them, the girl didn’t listen to a word I said & destroyed my eyebrows & made them so thin & short when I was telling her I wasn’t happy with them all she did was kept smiling saying she thought they were lovely & they suited me I told her she should listen to the customer as I had repeatedly told her what I wanted and didn’t want, she asked me what I wanted her to do & said she’d do them again for free! I told her I would never attend there again & never let her at my eyebrows again, I am so upset that she didn’t listen & done what she liked & not what I wanted, I can’t remember name as I was so upset she said she was from India I think it’s Zara, she should be told to listen to the customer at all times very upset & unhappy

I was in Penny's very early this Saturday morning, and thought I would see if I could get my upper lip threaded. The young lady fitted me in there and then with no fuss. She was very efficient and did a good job, I am very happy with the result. Thank you - Rimpa?
