Stephanie was attentive, patient, and listened to my needs. My first visit to a hair salon in 20 years, getting my curly hair cut is always risky. But she took time to go through my options and took onboard my normal hair routine when doing the final styling, to avoid my usual "hair salon frizz" experience leaving the shop.
