I was given a gift voucher but decided to add to it and get a facial & body scrub, both were ok. But from the patch test (my first meeting) the dermologica products were pushed, on this occasion I purchased a cream as instructed, I went in on Saturday and got the facial & was then handed a schedule of what I needed for my face & I was handed a gift box full of products and a separate box (despite saying I use zo products on several occasions during treatment) this was advised in a public area with other clients . I felt very pressured and embarrassed. Not a very pleasant nor relaxing experience
