My toddler usually cries throughout his haircut; so much so that it becomes difficult to get a proper trim. Gemma must have a magic touch, as he stopped crying after a few minutes and sat calmly. Really happy with the result too.. I’ll definitely be taking him back - thank you, Gemma!
