I always feel comfortable at Toni and Guy in Stratford on Avon. Kat always discusses what I want and explains what she is going to do before we go ahead.
I leave with exactly what I asked for, and when I'm there the atmosphere is friendly, fun and professional. All the staff are lovely and you can have a good chat. It's like being in my second home!
