My experience at Toni & Guy was wonderful! I love how my hair looks and Charlotte was great. She made sure to talk me through each step as to what she was doing with my hair whilst also teaching me how to maintain and style it which I really appreciated because I struggle with those things and as well as that she was also just really lovely to talk to in general as were all the staff.
