I have not cut my hair in well over a year, I went in today a little nervous as I have never been to a hairdressers before and really did not want to end up with a bad cut or the wrong thing, i got the deluxe cut and finish and when I say the customer service was amazing I mean it, I was offered a drink, everyone I spoke to listened to me, I'm not very chatty and I felt comfortable which was amazing, small talk is just not something I enjoy so it was lovely for me that there was polite talking but nothing forced. The head massage was incredible and something I did not know I needed. Dulcie did an amazing job on my hair, I went in with hair that stopped just above my chest and came out with just above the shoulder hair. She took great care in making sure I was happy with what she was doing. I felt really cared for and really love the result. You always hear about hairdressers cutting your hair wrong or interpreting the cut wrong but that most definitely was not the case here, I will definitely be back, I look amazing, feel amazing and smell amazing. I 100% will be recommending tranquillity, I went in today feeling anxious and dull, now I feel light and fresh.
