After being in lockdown since March, I plucked up courage to and get my hair cut. I selected ***** although I have also had my hair cut by Steve. ***** seemed distracted and my hair cut suffered, she tried to blame the wearing of a mask but when I asked how many clients had suffered my fate she said none. ***** offered to "have a look" at my hair, but I am concerned that she would not be able to improve it so I have made an appointment at another salon who I know will make a better job of my sad hair cut. Short on one side and long on the other, with long hairs left over from previous style, is not a good look. Won't be going there again.
