I love my hairdresser, she always treats me to a great haircut, good chats, and remembers all sorts of stuff about me that make my haircut experience special. Things that are tiny, but my own Grannie forgets! Like I’m not allowed water in my ears and she has cotton wool at the ready at my hair wash. Alice tells me about how and why my fringe should be cut and gets me involved in the decisions.
