Didn’t really want to be writing this but here we go….
Not been for a long while and plucked up the courage to sort out my hair.
Rang to find my stylist had left so had to look at starting afresh with another instead
Arrived 1st thing. 1st customer in…
Not much said . Shown to a seat in front of the wash room
Whilst waiting just observed the salon and was taken back to see dirty surfaces, brushes full of hair, dirty floors, empty biscuit packets and a block of shelving with products near my feet just full of hair and dirt.
It looked as though it was unfinished from the a busy weekend
I used to love having my hair ‘spruced’ and it was done with such passion by my previous stylist….
I know everyone manages clients differently and it’s a case of starting again, maybe I was a little spoilt previously but this experience just left me a little deflated.
It felt like I had come to the wrong place.
So sorry but I just felt I had to be honest.
