Visits to Louisajohn are always fabulous. You can tell that customer satisfaction is paramount to the team. From the moment you enter the salon there is always a warm and friendly greeting accompanied by the offer of a coffee - a cappuccino is a lovely treat. Jess has been styling my hair recently. We had a conversation a while ago on how I would like my hair to look, she completely understood, and, over time, and after a few visits, she has achieved the style I had wanted. She has also given me advice on how to care for my hair and products which may help, though, I must stress, without a hard sell. I also have my eyebrows tinted with Sarah during my appointments.
Sarah is very professional and ensures that I'm happy with the treatment and asks if I would like to change anything prior to the procedure, which is reassuring. I have been visiting this salon for decades and would highly recommend them. Louise, the owner of the salon, has worked hard to ensure that the salon continues to give a first class experience and , personally , I can say that this is achieved , as I am a very Happy Customer
