Very disappointed .to many foils left on for 1hr.3o mins I had to stop her for doing more. Eye tint on brows and lashes.took 2 days to remove surplus.
All in all very disappointing and very expensive

I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your recent visit to the salon.
Our Stylist carried out a thorough consultation the day before your visit to the salon and then again on the day of your appointment. You agreed with the Stylists professional opinion on your colour service at both consultations.
I Have spoken to the Stylist who applied your colour who confirmed that the colour took 45 minutes to apply, you then had 45 minutes of development time and then another Stylist did your cut and finish which took another 45 minute which is all normal procedure. You were in the chair for no longer than 2 hours and 15 minutes from start to finish.
I have also spoken with our Beauty Therapist who carried out your treatments. I think from what you say is ‘surplus’ is just staining of the skin which is unavoidable when applying dark tint to your eyebrows. The Therapist assures me that all tint was removed correctly.
I feel your review is unfair and not an accurate account of your visit.
