Last minute online booking. Ignored initially, whilst a regular customer - who came in at the same time - was greeted very warmly. Eventually asked "do you have an appointment" - replied yes, I booked it online. Discussion between staff ensued, could clearly hear them saying appointment has been double booked.
Girl who did the blow-dry was friendly and blowdry was fine, however she did keep looking at her watch. Not welcoming; felt like an inconvenience.
Also no one was wearing their face mask correctly.
