I have been a long standing client and spent alot of money at nicola Harvey hair salon but having bad anxiety she made me wait 50 mins for my oppt and then when I mentioned it she said you cant be a client anymore how is that to be treated it's terrible, she was happy take my money but if u cant take criticism you shouldnt be in this game.Its terrible treatment towards a regular 7 year customer .she should show loyalty to her customers.
