As usual Ellis did a great job but I was shocked to hear from the trainee when washing my hair that I will no longer be able to have my hair properly blow dried and have straighteners run through it unless I pay an extra £15 . I have been coming to your shop every 4 weeks for 21,years !!! Your trainee did try her best to make me look presentable before I left your salon which surely is only right apart from not wanting to look like a scarecrow (or I might as well colour my own hair) it’s not a good advertisement for T&G with me leaving with frizzy unruly hair ! I was also very disappointed that nobody could find 60 seconds to slightly trim my fringe. Wearing a mask whilst having your hair washed is not practical either as I was left with dark colour all round the side of my face and ears ...... unnecessary, when you can sit in a cafe without a mask on . Not being offered a hot drink is a pointless precaution too .
