Very welcoming and lovely peaceful salon. I always come here as have always been v happy with stylists. Had high expectations but I am slightly disappointed that my hair style hasn’t lasted as long as usual- maybe needed straightening and didn’t have it done this time or maybe it wasn’t thinned out as much as usual but seems fluffy and just as thick as before after 1 day. I’m normally admiring my my beautifully slick and shiny hair for at least a week after visiting your salon!
Hello Alice, I am sorry that your style has not lasted as long. I was hoping the undercut would have taken some of the thickness away which I apparently hasn't. Please do not hesitate to come back in if you feel thinning to would help.
