Elly is a trainee at NV. Her cuts are so good you would never know she is a trainee. All that gives it away is the gentle extremely knowledgeable guidance she receives from Nikki during the appointment. I am always delighted with my cut, I regularly challenge Elly with different styles and she never fails me . She explains the texture of my hair and what is achievable. She listens well and communicates in a way I find highly approachable. I consistently leave the salon feeling refreshed and ten years younger. What more could I ask for.
