Admittedly I had ruined my hair with a home job box colour. My usual light brown hair was black. I went to Maurice Meade thinking that they would make me look semi normal again, I mean the more money you spend the better the result right? Well nearly right. I had about three inches cut and the gentleman suggest fouls to lighten my hair. Even when I got back to my seat after it was rinsed out and prior to drying it seemed very very stripey. I may not have conveyed my instructions properly, it looked like I was myself in 30 years almost grey. The cut was amazing I will give him that. I thought perhaps it was the light but no matter what light it was streaky and appeared grey. I called them and they went above and beyond to fix it the next day. They re toned and it has come up amazing the lady I had the second time seemed to know instantly how to fix it and come up with goods
