Receptionist (salon manager) was extremely unpleasant. I have attended this salon every month for 4 years but will never be back. The atmosphere & service has declined dramatically, & what used to be a very pleasurable experience deteriorated to a decidedly unpleasant one. Since this salon manager arrived, everything has gone down hill, & many skilled staff have gone. Give this one a miss.
