Lucy was very thoughtful and accommodating when I let her know I had little time to spare as a family member had passed away the night before and I could not cancel the appointment on time. She is an AMAZING hairdresser and I keep coming back to Tony and Guy as I just love how my hair looks thanks to Lucy.
