I came to the salon last minute today after my hairdresser called in sick. The girls were lovely to fit me in to start with, and then the actual service, atmosphere, aesthetic and vibe of the place were just so honestly lovely. It's a rainy day today, and the place felt like a cosy cafe with friends. Laughter and amicable chatting throughout, delicious and axceptional complementary drinks and snacks list to lift it further. Angelique was my hairdresser and was bright eyed, big smiled and gorgeous in her persona and demeanor and treated me like a priority client. I felt very special, very well taken care of, and for a first experience, she mastered my super long mane masterfully, I walked out feeling as beautiful as is possible (even with my shabby last minute attire!). The place smells inviting, the products are gentle, Angelique was gentle (didn't break my hair whilst brushing, washing or drying - was thoughtfully careful with it at all times, unlike many salons/hairdressers) and thorough, and obviously quite talented as a stylist. And on finalising, the staff were very helpful in helping me get an invoice for my NDIS provider. I rely on services to help me manage my grooming due to an invisible but severe set of disabilities, and I can highly recommend this salon for kindness, thoroughness and quality.

Tori was a life saver! My hair needed a cut and colour before my friends wedding and Tori really pulled through for me. She talked through what was achievable in the session and what would suit me and my hair habits best. Didn't go quite to plan to plan in the end but the result was still fantastic and I adore the colour.

Angelique gave me a great cut and style for my curly hair. Charming and relaxed vibe at Fiolet. Easy on street parking and a great coffee shop next door.

As someone who hasn’t had a haircut in a while Kätlin took the time to fully explain my hair type to me and discuss the best options for my hair and the style I wanted. I’m not much of a chatter but didn’t feel like there was awkward silences which was really nice. Overall very happy and will definitely go see Kätlin again.

Lindsay made me feel so comfortable when she first dyed my hair. She understood my vision and was happy to even redo my hair when I found it too bright! Time flew by so quick as we talked during the entire process. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

If you're looking for a fabulous salon in every sense iof the word, definitely visit Fiolet. Today I had my hair coloured the most perfect shade of copper that I have searched for, for years and no one has been able to achieve, even come close. My stylist Tori nailed it, I was super impressed with not only the result but the time she took in understanding exactly what I wanted. Definitely couldn't recommend this salon more

I have searched ages for salon who would know how to treat a Nordic hair. Finally I found one!
I got 10/10 result. I can’t even remember the last time my hair was in such a good condition. My blonde hair are nicely in a cold shade now and looking fabulous!

This is the third time I have visited the Fiolet Hair and I cant recommend them highly enough. The atmosphere is so warm, relaxed and professional and I have been so pleased with the results (and I am not easy to please!). With a broken arm this year it was impossible for me to wash my own hair. When I went to the salon each week all the staff were empathic and caring. The wash and blow wave each week certainly helped me to feel better.
