Such a shame Katlin is leaving to go back overseas but looking forward to my next appointment!

I had such a wonderful experience with Emily. She did an amazing job colouring my hair, and I absolutely love how it turned out. She was so lovely, professional and attentive throughout the whole appointment, and you can really tell how passionate she is about her work.

I’m so happy with the service I received today as a new client to the salon. Lindsay understood my goal of working with greying hair, maintaining a professional style, and not wanting to visit a salon every 3-4 weeks. It’s the first time I’ve ever heard a stylist recommend I push out next visit longer than 4 weeks. Overall, the salon has a lovely energy, easy to find and park, running on time, and no unexpected charges. I wished I’d booked the extra time for massage - an extra I’ll be booking in for at my next appointment. Thank you Lindsay and team.

This was my first time at Fiolet Hair and I will be back. I had 1/2 head of blonde by Tori who was very experienced and knowledgeable and interpreted perfectly what I wanted - thank you Tori. The salon was lovely and the atmosphere was positive. Very happy to find it.

I really appreciated Tori's approach, trying to find what style would work for me, and checking I was happy with it. She takes a lot of care.

Great haircut as always, em really takes her time and continues to ask if I’m happy/anything that I would like to change which I really appreciate. Sometime getting your haircut you can be a bit scared of telling people that you want something changed on the fly but never experience that with you guys, walk out with exactly what I want and really appreciate the extra mile the team goes to!

Absolutely love my new haircut! I hadn’t gone this short in years and was quite nervous about it because I had kept my hair extremely long for a very long time, so it felt like a huge change.

She was fantastic from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, and helped me find a style that suited both me and my busy mom lifestyle. I felt completely comfortable trusting her recommendations and I’m so glad I did because I couldn’t be happier with the result.

On top of that, she was so friendly and easy to talk to. We had such lovely chats throughout the appointment and she made the whole experience really enjoyable and relaxing.

Feeling very lost with what to do with my greys, I booked a consultation at Fiolet. Emily and Tori were wonderful. Tori walked me through the options and gave an honest opinion about what she thought suited me best. In the end we decided to take it slow and progress/define the colour over the coming months. They squeezed in an unscheduled colour at the very end of a long day and I left feeling confident about our plan. Looking forward to my next revision and a cut 😊

Emily absolutely killed it, I still had some black box dye in my hair which took some time to remove but I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Also giving me tips on aftercare to help with some frizz. Couldn’t be happier with the service

I was so lucky to book a last minute appointment with you guys, and had Tori as my stylist. It was my first time visiting your salon and I am so happy with the end result, but I was more impressed with her understanding and approach to how to cut/style based on the problems I have been facing with my hair growth/loss recently. She was warm, empathetic, knowledgeable and honest. I came out with a great haircut (shortest I think I’ve ever had it, scary) and was laughing and yapping away the whole time. I had my hair done with Lindsay today, and I've never had such a good time at a hairdressing salon. I'm usually bored and counting the minutes when colouring takes 3-4 hours. But today went too quick and I enjoyed every second. The vibe, the conversations, the wine, and my hair looked fantastic afterwards. No one has ever got my colour exactly how I wanted it except Lindsay. She listened and delivered.

I walked in and felt instantly welcomed and comfortable. The team are all so kind, welcoming and friendly. Essentially, you can walk in and just feel immediately like you're in a safe space. I showed a tiktok of the hair I wanted and Tori went above and beyond to give me exactly what I want. I even got my colour done because I felt so comfortable and confident that Tori could give me the exact colour I wanted. I wasn’t wrong either, because the cut and colour are perfection! I can’t wait to go back already.
