Usually pretty good experience at MM but a couple of issues this time. Was recorded on your computer as having a 9.45am time, but definitely booked for 10.45 and the reminder message from MM confirmed this. No explanation. Also the hair washer was rough, and I don’t mean firm pressure, she was handling me roughly, like she really didn’t want to do it. However, was happy with stylist and result of colour.
