Came to Shinelle with tired balayage with about 4 inchs of regrowth and wanted to be a bright blonde. After her foiling using a back drop technique, my colour was a nice creamy blonde with no evidence of the previous dull colour. My hair still felt soft and healthy after her foiling work.
