I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now although the staff rotate frequently so apart from today I have never had the same stylisr cut my hair. Nevertheless the cuts have all been good and the stylists are friendly and knowledgeable. More recently though they have really upped the product pushing, with a silver tray of Kerastase products following you from the wash to the cut to the till. I am a bit over it to be honest esp as I will not buy products that are not cruelty free (they have even tried to tell me Kerastase is cruelty free which is blatantly untrue). So whilst there are pluses in being able to get an appointment without too much lead time, and a good cut once you get there, I could do without the product sales strategies. I have now used my last voucher and will probably look for a salon which only uses cruelty free products and which is more aligned to my personal values around this.
