Kellie did a wonderful job on my colour as always, however I did not appreciate the receptionist refusing to honour my Christmas voucher on my colour refresh, especially as I am a regular customer who comes in every four weeks for colour. If I had known that the colour refresh was a discounted service I would have used it previously. It now expires tomorrow and I can't use it.
In addition, having two junior staff dry off my hair at once, after putting on scalp serum before I could say anything, and then additional serum (neither of which I wanted) was unusual and I would have preferred one person to do it and ask where my part was etc. Not my usual experience.
