As usual I was very happy with my service. However it would be good to be able to see an itemised account rather than just telling you what the cost was. No-one would accept this at a restaurant!

It is company policy for your stylist and colourist to provide you with an itemised quote for the cost of your service. I'm sorry to hear that this wasn't given to you during your appointment.
