After receiving numerous texts from mm regarding vouchers & specials (as well as reminders to use these) I finally decided to use one. Booked an appointment to have my hair put up for a party on Saturday. Was told on payment that the voucher had a fine print conditions attached to it accessed via a link and the voucher is been sent from mm wasntvredeemable on weekends. Fine but make this obvious up front on the actual voucher & not buried in a separate page of fine print. Was told so many other people had had a similar experience...
Hair - beautiful for the first htwo hours then kept falling out... went to Me salon. $145 to our hair up? Probably a bit of ‘churn’ through there on a Saturday - volume over care & quality??
