I have the stylist Kelly who is amazing. She knows what looks good and interprets laymen’s talk into an actual style. She is amazing. I can’t fault her. The salon and company should be thankful to have someone like her.
On the flip side the salon needs upgrading and the prices they charge are out of this world. The salon Iooks tired and dated. The basin chairs are torn and uncomfortable. The arm rests are almost off the chairs.
As for value for money and giving away vouchers to clients that can only be used during the week. Most people work during the week can’t make it. So they are left with coming on the weekend. But we can’t use the vouchers. Your prices are over the top and lm not sure where the money l spend at the salon is going. The only reason l come tot he salon is for Kelly. If l was game l would find another hairdresser.
I give the service ‘Kelly’ 4 stars but the rest of salon is not great and needs a complete change. A price reduction, upgrade of salon and decor. Disappointing. Over rated salon.
