Firstly my hair coloured almost black after discussing the fact I need my hair lighter because of grey outgrowth. Then they offered to fix it by putting in more foils and covering that with blood red. Resulting in a screaming red hair colour which was never my goal. The first colour stylist telling me people think they know better.
The second attempt explaining that the colour turned that red because of refoiling for the second time. If you know that would be the outcome why do you put pure red on bleached foils. Then everybody got really sour and offended because I complained about beetroot red hair. They allocated the shampoo girl to dry off my hair and she had no idea what she was doing. I then continued to blow dry my own hair after she arrogantly told me that I did not pay for a blow dry so she’s just so drying my hair off. Doesn’t matter how she does it.
Pathetic and very disappointed because I go to ME and pay a bucket full of money then to be treated by these unqualified people and then they are the ones having the attitude
