Had booked in with a colourist and when i arrived, the colourist i was booked in with was doing someone else's hair and i was swapped to another colourist. I was most unhappy as this colourist clearly wasn't experienced and kept walking off during the appointment. In the end she didn't do a good job, did not get the foils to the root line and the colour was also darker than requested. It almost looks like a balyage when i requested foils. I have to go back to get my colour fixed as it looks so bad. The manager is really rude when arranging the redo, when she was the person who swapped the colourists initially. I always bring my own coffee as they never seem to offer coffee at the salon - which isn't good for the premium prices paid. Customer service has much to be desired.
Plenty of other salons who provide better customer service than MM. Dont waste your time.
