After visiting a total of 12 salons before I finally decided on where to get my hair dyed, I knew from the moment I walked in, Toni & Guy South Yarra was where I was going to book in. Pip and Laura were so kind and laid back, yet extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really understand what it was I wanted (as I was very nervous, never have had my hair dyed before!). After my first appointment, my hair didn’t take to the colour as I’d like and hoped for and with their no fuss approach, I left the salon at 8pm and returned at 9am the next morning to get it fixed. Usually I would feel terrible for returning to a salon if the result wasn’t quite what I wanted but Pip and Laura were just absolute rockstars and we’re adamant they weren’t happy unless I was. My hair looks absolutely AMAZING and I can safely say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. For someone as picky as me, you’re a pretty special team to get as big a tick of approval as you have, I’ll be sending everyone I know your way. Absolute superstars! Xx
