Alison made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I was trying to achieve. I wanted a long bob but after discussion and analysis, we decided after Alison’s recommendation to go with a slightly layered shorter look to be suited to my face shape. She even showed me some tips on how I need to use the hairdryer to style my new hair (instead of straightener over use). Alison was so attentive/caring and friendly and a beautiful person the whole way through and I will definitely be back to her in a few weeks :) thanks lovely.
