I booked in for a blow dry for an event as changes to my flight meant my usual hairdresser was unavailable and I needed convenience. I was thoroughly disappointed by the blow dry even having to ‘fix’ it at home. As someone who has a blow dry weekly, and a colour and cut every 6weeks it was slightly insulting to be told that I must colour my hair myself and that a cut would be advisable!
I understand that you need to upsell but don’t insult the clients!!
