General experience was ok.. did all the right things by offering drinks etc.. unfortunately though I was quite disappointed with my actual cut - when I got home I realised my hairline around my ears, side burns and neck had been shaved so I lost the natural look that I thought I had specifically asked for.. it was also the most expensive haircut I’ve ever had ($122 for a basic cleanup??).. sorry but won’t be coming back after that
