Have been with T&G for a long time and typically have a good experience. Not this time round. Paid a significant amount of money to have the keratin treatment and a cut done. Asked specifically to be put under the drier for the treatment as had a good result previously. Was told it wasn’t required. As result the treatment didn’t work very well and the result isn’t great. Wasn’t happy with the cut either - which was square and worked against the natural shape of my hair. Rang on 5 different occasions over the course of a week to try and get back in to review the treatment and cut and got 1 call back. Was told the salon was too busy which was disappointing given I was getting it done for a specific event. Heard back from them the following week but I’m not keen to go back given my experience. Shouldn’t be this hard. Just disappointed.
