My first time experience was pleasant. I was offered a drink while I was waiting for my consultation. The atmosphere was relaxing and my treatment was at a professional standard. The consultation with Nichola was thorough and the advice and education on the product purchased was helpful. I was recommended to use products to keep my hair vibrant and healthy but I didn’t feel pressured I had to purchase their products. Rita the stylist was gentle and took time to treat my hair with care during the toning, treatment and drying process. Also was very friendly as well as the atmosphere seemed friendly in general.
